My office is in Waycross South, located in Cherry Grove. The U-shaped single story office park is behind the Toyota Dealership.

You should undress to your comfort level. Some clients prefer to be completely undressed, while the others prefer to keep their undergarments on. This is completely up to you. You will undress and dress in the privacy of your massage room and will be securely covered by a blanket and a sheet during your massage session.

For stress relief and relaxation, one massage a month is common. If there are problem areas that need to be addressed due to injury or chronic pain, you may need to be seen weekly. There are many people who incorporate massage therapy at least twice a month for optimal therapeutic relief.

Massage does not have to be painful to be effective. I always say that communication is key, if you're experiencing pain or discomfort during your session let me know, the last thing I want to do is make you sore! Also, please let me know if you're feeling too hot or cold as the temperature can always be adjusted.

This will be determined in a brief discussion before we get started. I'm happy to customize your session based on your needs. I often incorporate heat in the form of hot stones and warm towels, so please let me know if this isn't something you would like.

Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet (and/or hands, ears) that correspond to organs and systems of the body to bring relaxation and healing to that area. During a reflexology session you will only remove your shoes and socks, and remain otherwise dressed. It has been known to reduce pain and psychological symptoms, such as stress and anxiety, and enhance relaxation and sleep.

I accept cash, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. I am listed as a medical provider, so If you have a prescription from your doctor for a medical massage I may be able to accept your HSA card, but please check with your provider first.

Absolutely! They are available year round and can be purchased in any denomination.
